:

consultant and end users to identify development
requirement

Identify and solve day-to-day
programming issues of the ERManager

Develop new programs and
solutions enhancing the capabilities of the
ERManager

Enhance ERManager portability
to different database platform such as Oracle,
MySQL and Informix

Develop and improve reporting
capabilities of the ERManager using Crystal
Reporting

ERP Consultant
:
Education: B.Com / BBA
Experience: Nil - 2 Years
Skills Required:
- Interact with the client to extract out the
needs of each business processes
- Document the business processes
- Demonstrate ERManager processes and explain
the system’s viability in improving the
company’s operations and profitability
- Communicate client’s requirement to
the development staff
- Perform end-user training through documentation
prepared as part of the implementation
- Develop and discuss Business Blueprints with
client, development and support team
- Develop and provide input in project planning
and project management
- Give customer support as and when need arises
- Perform maintenance work at the client premises
